Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate

Experience – 3 to 5 years in the Admin department

  1. The office should be opened by 9.00 AM and closed by 6.00 PM as per the operation need.
  2. To arrange Office, Office cum residence (Guest Houses), and Houses for Fellows taken on rent, renewal, regular payment of rent, and maintenance like work of Plumber, Electrician, carpenter, mason, etc.
  3. Making necessary arrangements for Hall booking, food and seating arrangement, TLM, payment, and other needs during all kinds of workshops and other events.
  4. Ensure that regular service and maintenance of all two-wheeler (owned by the organization) and their Safe custody of RC books and timely Renewal of insurance.
  5. Maintain stock register for all types of assets of the organization and keep them in safe custody. Carry physical verification of the assets twice a year. Details of Assets like Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Projector, Handy cam, Digital Camera, Almirah of offices and Houses of GFs, Tables, Chair, Clothes Stand, Shoe Stand, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed sheets, Blankets, quilts, Plastic Chattai, LPG stoves, PLG Cylinders, Kitchen Utensil Plates, Quarters Plates, Tumblers, Bowls, Spoons, Pressure cookers, Kadai, Tawa, Pateela, etc.
  6. Purchasing Teaching & Learning material or Self Learning Material for workshops and other events.
  7. All compliance needs are completed by the location admin head (S&E, Fire Safety ETC)
  8. All the purchases should be made after verifying at least three quotations and each purchase should have the comparative statement of all collected quotations.
  9. During the Slum Immersion of Fellows arrange everything will be directed by the program co-coordinator.
  10. Ensure that the Telephone, Broadband, Printer, Xerox machine, scanner, Handy cam, Digital Camera, Projector, etc are properly working and take care of their regular service.
  11. Arrange staff for office cleaning, Dusting, opening, and closing properly and timely as per the need of the organization/program team.
  12. Material purchasing for office and Houses of fellows as per requirements after getting approval from the Program Manager for all purchases.
  13. Arrange LPG or PNG connection for offices and Houses of fellows and refill or make timely payment of PNG billings.
  14. Ensure that payment of all bills like BSNL, MTNL, Reliance,Torrent, Tata, Airtel, Gas service, Property Tax of AMC, BMC, or other places, and Society maintenance  taxes are paid before the due date (must be on time).
  15. Ensure that all Refrigerators, RO systems, Geyser Fans, bulbs, tube lights, and water supplies are properly working and their regular service in the office and houses of Fellows.
  16. Arrange Annual maintenance contracts for Computers, Laptops, and Printers and keep track of all electronic goods and other materials.
  17. Maintain a proper Library register for office and program people. Keep track of all the books in the office library.
  18. Booking of hotels, taxis, and other transportation needs of the organization.
