Job Description

As Manager – Strategic Partnerships, you will support the fundraising and partnerships team in managing CSR and institutional donor relationships. The role will focus on contributing to revenue generation through new and renewed partnerships, aligned with Nasscom Foundation’s mission. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the CSR ecosystem and strong execution abilities to support donor engagement, documentation, and proposal development. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to impactful fundraising outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Fundraising Support & Donor Engagement

  • Support the identification of fundraising opportunities in alignment with the Foundation’s focus areas.
  • Assist in the development of donor pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals.
  • Track donor communication and maintain regular follow-ups.

Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with assigned funders to ensure timely updates, documentation, and engagement.
  • Maintain records of donor meetings, queries, and feedback.
  • Provide administrative support for partnership review meetings and reporting.

Documentation & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Programs, Design, Finance, MEL) to create proposals and donor reports.
  • Ensure timely collation of content and submission of high-quality documents.
  • Support donor due diligence processes and maintain compliance documentation.

Research & Sector Insights

  • Conduct research on CSR trends, donor focus areas, and partnership prospects.
  • Maintain a donor database and regularly update it with new leads and interactions.
  • Track developments in the social impact space to inform proposal development.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Development, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or social impact roles.
  • Experience in donor communication, proposal writing, and partnership coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and administrative processes.
