Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Associate Manager to play a key role in managing our digital platform for sustainability initiatives. This platform will serve as a central hub for documenting and showcasing the impactful work being done across a large geographical region.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and content management of the digital platform.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained on programs, partners, and project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for the platform, ensuring clarity, user-friendliness, and effective communication of sustainability efforts.
  • Utilize the platform to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration amongst stakeholders.
• Data Management:
  • Develop a comprehensive data entry system for capturing program details, partner information, and project outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous data quality control, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present information in an engaging and informative way.
• Technical Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our designated IT partner to ensure the smooth functioning and ongoing development of the platform.
  • Communicate effectively with the IT team, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends that can enhance the platform's functionality and user experience.
• Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop compelling content for the platform, including case studies, project descriptions, and partner profiles.
  • Source and curate relevant resources on sustainability best practices and impact reporting.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in content management, data management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability terminology and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise content.
• Proficient in web content management systems and comfortable working with online platforms.
• Excellent data analysis and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including IT professionals.
• A passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to contribute to positive social impact.
