We invite applications for the position of Block Level Coordinator under an integrated program focused on Rural Livelihood, Women HIV Prevention, and Child Education. This initiative aims to uplift rural communities through livelihood enhancement, women’s health awareness, and child-centric education initiatives.

This recruitment is open for all blocks across 18 districts of Bihar as listed below.

Project Districts (18):
Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Purnea, Nalanda, Saran, Rohtas, Buxar, Vaishali, West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Kishanganj, Munger, Begusarai, Samastipur.

Position Title:
Block Level Coordinator
Project Themes: Rural Livelihood, Women HIV Prevention, Child Education

Remuneration:
₹27,850/- per month (inclusive of all allowances)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field activities related to rural livelihood promotion and connect communities with schemes

• Facilitate women's HIV awareness camps and preventive counseling

• Support and monitor child education initiatives at community level

• Maintain detailed reports and share with the district and state teams

• Coordinate with PRI members, frontline workers, and educational institutions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12 th, Graduate degree (Masters in Social Work, Rural Development preferred)

• Community mobilization or field-level experience in education, health, or livelihoods is desirable

• Basic proficiency in smartphone apps, WhatsApp, and reporting tools

• Willingness to travel across rural areas in the assigned block
