GPSVS (Ghoghardiha Prakhand Swarajya Vikas Sangh) is 48 years old voluntary organisation registered under society registration act in 1978. Its headquarter is situated in Madhubani district Bihar. GPSVS has been working on Education, Health, WASH, Child protection and development, Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Resilience, Migration & Skill Development. The organisation primarily working for Women, Children & Adolescents & youths. Its working area extends to different districts of Bihar like Madhubani, Darbhanga, Supaul, Purnia, Saharsha, Saran, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Nalanda, Bhojpur and other districts. It has strong network in other districts as well.

Project Name: Creche Centre for 07 to 36 months children

Job Description: Capacity Building Manager

Eligibility Criteria

i) Must be in the age group 30-45 years.

ii) Master’s degree in Social Work/Social Studies.

iii)Minimum 4-5 years of experience of working in an NGO focusing on Nutrition/Health/Sanitation related programmes at block/district level.

iv)Must have at least for two years of experience in developing training materials and building capacities of frontline workers and project staffs.

v)Must have experience in working in tribal dominated district/blocks.

vi)Must have good communication skill, especially in Odia and local tribal dialects.

Job Responsibility

i)To prepare annual training calendar

ii) To conduct training needs assessment

iii) To organize training programs for Creche Caregivers and other project staffs

iv) To provide resource person support wherever required for training the Creche Caregivers.

v) To assess the quality of the training using specific assessment formats.

vi) To regularly monitor the creches and also assess the skills of the Creche Caregivers and provide regular hand holding support.

vii) To organize refresher trainings as per the needs

viii) To document innovations and learnings of Creche Caregivers who have demonstrated considerable skills in managing the creches.

ix) Identifying poor performing Creche Caregivers and providing regular hand holding support.

Maintaining training database of all the training and assessments.

 Salary/Package: Upto Rs.45000 per month (Including HR/PF etc) Subject to skills/working experience
