• Zaidpur: 4 Consultants
• Gosaiganj: 3 Consultants
• Masauli: 2 Consultants

1. ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY

The Consultant in close coordination with the TL& CEO of Masauli, Gosaiganj and Zaidpur will support the Mint Oil Procurement Activities from the allotted villages and registered farmers with Shubh Mint project.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

1. Farmer Mobilization

• Identify and mobilize mint farmers from designated areas to sell oil at the Mint Oil Collection Centre.

2. Mint Oil Collection Management

• Manage procurement activities including coordination, verification, and record-keeping.

3. Procurement Target

• Support the FPC team in procuring 3 tons (approximately) of mint oil during the assignment period from the project farmers.

4. Other Task as assigned

• Participate in other project activities as and when assigned.

4. QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or SSC in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience of working with women institutions and farmer communities.
• Willingness to work in Fatehpur Location
• Basic English Communication.
• Good proficiency in Regional Language- Hindi.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Must have a valid driving license.

6. LEVEL OF EFFORT AND ACTIVITY DETAILS

7. BILLING/INVOICING

The invoice should be raised in the name of Tanager International Private Limited and charged to Project Code #J6012. Payment will be made upon the submission of a valid invoice along with a detailed work report, duly verified by the coordinator. All supporting documents must be billed to Tanager International Private Limited for processing.
