Job Description

Overall Implementation & Monitoring of AC&ABC scheme.
Documentation work under AC&ABC Scheme.
Conducting collaborative RTP under AC&ABC scheme.
Field visits for verification of agri-ventures and NTIs under AC&ABC scheme
Participation in Agri-Exhibition and Promotion of ACABC scheme.
Conducting Refresher Training Program (RTP) with theme partner institutes.
Participation in State level NABARD/SLBC Workshop.
Other assignment as and when required as per PC-AC&ABC & ADAC&ABC instructions.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Essential Qualification

Master Degree in Agricultural Sciences/Agribusiness Management from SAUs and ICAR affiliated universities.
Minimum 02 years’ experience working in projects in State/ Centre departments/ Universities/Private Sector

Desirable

Sound knowledge in Government schemes implemented in the field of Agricultural sector
Good Communication Skill
Good presentation and documentation skills
Fluency in Hindi and English Language
Working Knowledge in computer
Willing to travel for AC&ABC activities across the country
Knowledge of procedures for bank finance and NABARD subsidies for Agri. ventures.
Banking knowledge and experience will be given preference
Knowledge and skill in conducting of research studies in social science and writing skills in research articles and reports
PhD. in Agricultural Sciences/Agribusiness Management from SAUs and ICAR affiliated universities will be given preference.
