Job Description
The Deputy General Manager (DGM) shall be a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in IIM Indore Mumbai Campus. Duties shall include coordination and supervision in academic and administrative activities of the Mumbai Campus. The selected candidate will be posted in IIM Indore Mumbai campus; however, the employee can be transferred to any other location at any time as per the requirements of the Institute.
The position demands maturity, integrity, leadership capability, and extensive experience in senior administrative roles within reputed institutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Campus Administrative Management
- Oversee daily campus operations and maintain records
- Asset Management
- Regular Coordinate with IIM Indore- Indore campus
- Academic Programme Coordination, Coordinate class schedules, and exams
- Address student-related concerns
- Ensure classrooms and common areas are functional
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security
- Monitor use of campus resources and supplies
- Coordination with academic and administrative units.
- Staff Supervision
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Leadership, coordination, drafting, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 50% marks.
Work Experience:
- At least 10 years of full-time post-qualification administrative experience.
