Job Description
ISPP is seeking a proactive and execution-oriented Deputy Manager – Programmes Management & Business Development, Executive Education to play a dual role:
- Designing, managing, and delivering high-quality executive education and government training programmes, and
- Driving business development and partnerships across corporates, government institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of programme design, delivery, and business development. You will work closely with senior faculty, policymakers, corporates, and government institutions to design impactful learning programmes while building partnerships that expand ISPP’s footprint and revenue.

Job Responsibilities
Programme Design & Management
- Support the end-to-end design and delivery of executive education programmes-from concept note to execution and closure.
- Develop programme structures, learning outcomes, session flows, and draft programme proposals based on inputs from faculty and leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
- Manage programme logistics, timelines, participant communication, and post-programme reporting.
- Capture learnings and feedback to continuously improve programme quality and outcomes.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue B2B and B2G opportunities for executive education and customised training programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, government departments, public institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Support outreach efforts including proposals, pitch decks, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into confirmed programmes.
- Drive enrolments for open executive programmes through targeted outreach and engagement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for programme partners and clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
- Manage long-term relationships to enable repeat engagements and referrals.
- Coordinate faculty contracts, programme-related agreements, and basic contract management processes.
Internal Coordination & Knowledge Building
- Work closely with academic, research, and operations teams to align programmes with ISPP’s mission and quality standards.
- Build a working understanding of public policy themes relevant to executive education and government training.
- Contribute to internal documentation, programme playbooks, and standard operating processes.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in programme management, executive education, business development, client relations, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
- Mindset to balance programme quality and revenue objectives.
- Interest in public policy, governance, or development sectors, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
