Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Post Graduate (Full Time) in Social Work / Sociology/ Economics/ Social Sciences with minimum 65% marks
• MBA (except obtained through correspondence) with Specialization in HR/ Social Welfare/Sustainability Management with minimum 65% marks

Relevant Post Qualification Experience

• Candidates should have experience in Government or established industry managing community projects/ CSR initiatives. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication skills will be an added advantage.
