Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Lead to join our growing team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage complex projects while simultaneously leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of talented professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success, driving team performance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Job Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Team Guidance & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals (thematic leads). Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and support for professional development.
• Workload Management: Effectively distribute tasks, manage workloads, and ensure optimal utilization of team members' skills and time.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team conflicts and interpersonal issues in a constructive and timely manner.
• Collaboration & Communication: Promote a collaborative team environment, encourage open communication, and facilitate effective teamwork.
