BAIF (www.baif.org.in) is a leading group of organizations working in the development sector with a  focus on the projects of rural development. It is spread across more than 17 states in India. It  collaborates with many large international foundations, various state governments and central  government. It is also a preferred choice of many large Indian and multinational corporates for  conceptualizing and implementing their CSR strategy and projects.

About the role:  

As an Entrepreneurship Development Programme Expert, you will be a vital part of BAIF’s Women &  Development programme division. This role demands a dynamic professional with experience in women  enterprises and development of women led FPO, stakeholder’s management, project development and  management 

Role & Responsibilities:  

1. Strengthening of women entrepreneurship / enterprises and skill development programme
2. Expansion of women entrepreneurship component in pan BAIF  
3. Formation and strengthening of women led FPO / Federations and market linkages
4. Exploring the scope for e-commerce platform for entrepreneurs and enterprises 
5. Liaison with BAIF Agro for FPO and SHG product linkages and development of new platforms
6. Managing the data and impact of the component  

Educational Qualification: 

Masters / Bachelors in Business Administration (MBA / BBA with Entrepreneurship as specialization) /  Degree in Economics 

Experience: 

3 to 5 years in project development & management, stakeholder’s management and impact assessment. 

Skills:  

• Leadership Skills 
• Project Planning, implementation & monitoring  
• Development of women led FPO and organizations  
• Strong communication, research & analytical abilities  
• Stakeholders management  

Location: Warje, Pune (with readiness to travel across various states based on project needs)
Employment Type: Contractual
