Send reminders, follow-up messages, confirmations, and event updates as required. Ensure all stakeholders receive relevant information (agenda, joining links, venue details, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Coordination with Communications & Design Team: Work with the Communications & Design Cluster to support the preparation and delivery of event branding materials, nameplates, banners, posters, info cards, and digital assets. Ensure all physical materials are printed, packed, and transported accurately and on schedule.
- Administrative, Documentation & Reporting Support: Maintain checklists, event trackers, participant lists, vendor bills, and logistical documents.
