Project Background-
Aspirational Bharat Collaborative: It is an initiative that aims to transform and support the creation of a developed Bharat by 2047. The programme currently works across 27 states and 150 + districts, that form part of the poorest and most deprived geographies of our country.
Role Summary-
The Field Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with Panchayats and training participants on the ground. They will support mobilization, field coordination, data collection, and real-time troubleshooting during capacity building activities.
Key Responsibilities-
- Support outreach and mobilization of PRI representatives for training sessions.
- Collect training data, maintain attendance, and share timely updates with district team.
- Engage with Panchayat Secretaries, Sarpanchs, and Ward Members regularly.
- Enable continuous learning of Panchayat Secretaries, Sarpanchs, and Ward Members throughout the program cycle through regular and structured field support
- Provide feedback from the field to improve training relevance and delivery.
- Act as a local point of contact for any operational issues during rollout.
Desirable Qualification & Experience-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference for Social Work/Rural Development.
- 1–2 years of experience in grassroots community engagement or rural programs.
- Fluent in Telugu and local dialects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with smartphone-based reporting tools.
- Must be willing to travel daily across assigned Panchayats.
