Job Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and  fresh Product Manager  to participate in the crafting and evolution of the School Education Leadership  societal platform. The candidate will be expected to work with Senior Product Manager  to help build the platform by contributing enriching use-cases from the field and evangelising the platform objective. As an Lead - Product Development you would -

• Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases
• Suggest enhancements to the platform which can improve the user experience
• Perform quality assurance on the platform
• Coordinate with Senior Product Manager to deliver functional solutions
• Monitor and report on users’ reactions after each release of platform functionality − Create support and training documents for internal and external use

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• 1-2 years of experience in product development
• Understanding of the Product development cycle
• Knowledge of tools like Jira etc
• Strong communication skills
• Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership is desirable, but not required.

Salary

Remuneration: 7-9 LPA (depending on experience)
