Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Educational Background: MBA / BSc / BA / BE / B.Tech / MSc, exposure to social impact, education, statistics or data analytics is preferred but not mandatory

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in social impact, consulting, project management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of hands-on work with data analytics, insights generation, or business intelligence, with exposure to Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience working within government, education, e-governance, ed-tech, or e-commerce sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver interactive, stakeholder-focused dashboards in a multi-functional environment.
• Exposure to state-level digital governance programs will be considered an added advantage.
