Role Overview
CSRBOX is hiring an accomplished and visionary Manager – CSR and Skill Development/ Sr. Manager - CSR and Skill Development for one of our leading clients in the aviation industry. The role requires a seasoned professional who can drive large-scale skill development and livelihood initiatives, with a strong focus on elevating employability, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods across sectors such as Tourism, Transport, Logistics, and Hospitality (TTLH).
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful, industry-aligned skilling programs at a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of skill development programs aligned with industry needs and government missions.
- Strengthen training content, curriculum, and pedagogy in line with NSQF standards and market requirements.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across training centers and partner institutions.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with NGOs, government bodies, training institutes, and industry leaders.
- Identify strategic opportunities for collaboration and ecosystem strengthening.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Monitor project budgets, financial compliance, and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely reporting and coordination with internal teams and partners
Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact
- Track program outcomes using strong M&E frameworks.
- Use data-driven insights to improve program quality, efficiency, and impact.
- Prepare dashboards, impact reports, and presentations for leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related field.
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in skill development, vocational training, livelihoods, or CSR.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs with multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in TTLH sector skilling will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong leadership and partnership-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, financial oversight, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and impact-orientation.
