Job Description

This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of product thinking, technology, design, and execution.

At 10x Impact Labs, we work on complex, high-context problems where product thinking, technology, design, and execution come together. This role is for individuals who can independently lead accounts, take responsibility for outcomes, and drive solutions without depending on constant guidance or rigid structures.

This is not a role limited to planning or advisory. It is a delivery ownership role with full accountability for problem understanding, solution design, execution, and adoption.

Job Responsibilities

Account ownership and client leadership

  • You will own client engagements end-to-end. This includes being the primary person responsible for understanding the client’s context, goals, constraints, and success criteria.
  • You will lead day-to-day client interactions, set expectations clearly, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • You are expected to take responsibility for client satisfaction by ensuring strong delivery, not by escalating or deferring decisions.

Technical problem framing and solution design

  • You will translate real-world problems into technical and product solutions. This includes understanding existing systems, workflows, and constraints, and defining system-level solutions that combine product, technology, and process.
  • You will design workflows, data flows, and functional requirements, and make clear build vs buy vs adapt decisions.
  • You are expected to think beyond features and design systems that are practical, scalable, and context-aware.
  • You will work with AI-powered features such as chatbots, automation, analytics, or decision-support systems, and collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate AI into products and platforms where relevant.

Product and implementation execution

  • You will be responsible for taking solutions from concept to rollout. This includes defining scope, milestones, and delivery plans, and coordinating across internal and external teams involved in design, development, and deployment.
  • You will ensure clarity on priorities, dependencies, and responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • You are expected to bring structure to execution, maintain momentum, and close loops consistently.

Learning, adaptation, and problem solving

  • You will work across different domains, problem types, and technology setups. This includes learning new tools, platforms, and concepts as required by the engagement, and applying judgement to decide what to adopt, adapt, or avoid.
  • You will solve problems creatively within real constraints of budget, capacity, and context.
  • You are expected to apply frugal, practical problem-solving in all engagements.

Strengthening 10x delivery practices

  • You will contribute to improving how 10x delivers work across engagements. This includes documenting learnings from projects and improving templates, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • You will share insights that help future projects start stronger and move faster.
  • You are expected to actively strengthen delivery quality beyond your immediate assignments.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a service or corporate or start up or non-profit space.

Technical skills 

  • Strong understanding of how systems are designed and delivered
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on custom-built products
  • Comfort working with no-code and low-code platforms when appropriate
  • Strong understanding of how data is collected, processed, and used in products
  • Hands-on experience using and testing AI tools, including generative AI, chatbots, automation, or analytics tools.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically, understand limitations and risks, and assess reliability in practical settings.
  • Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and workflows at a product level, including prompting, testing, and evaluating outputs and system behaviour.

Product skills

  • Strong problem framing and requirement articulation
  • Strong focus on user-centered design
  • Ability to define MVPs, iterate based on feedback, and manage scope
  • Strong documentation skills for PRDs, workflows, and system designs

Working style and mindset

  • High ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and make technical and product decisions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Bias toward execution and follow-through
