MANAGE-Centre for Innovation and Agripreneurship (MANAGE-CIA) is a Centre of Excellence at MANAGE that acts as a "one-stop solution" to foster and support startups in agriculture and allied sectors. It provides incubation, training, and other resources through initiatives like the Agri Innovation Launchpad to help aspiring entrepreneurs develop and launch successful agribusiness ventures. MANAGE-CIA also fosters a community for agri-startups through networking events and knowledge-sharing platforms. 

Job Description

​ MANAGE-Centre for Innovation and Agripreneurship (MANAGE-CIA) invites eligible candidates to apply for the position of Manager – Innovation Management on contractual basis.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master degree in Agriculture/AgriBusiness/Finance/Marketing/ Agri Marketing/ Agril. Economics/ Economics/ MBA/ PGDM/ Equivalent International Business from the UGC-recognized institute
• Having experience in at least 5-6 years’ experience in technology commercialization; supported incubators; Assessment and evaluation of startup projects and
• Mentored atleast 25-30 startups companies.
