At the Foundation for Mother and Child Health-India (FMCH), we envision a malnutrition-free India. We aim to achieve this by delivering personalized, professional nutritional care to families during their crucial first 1000 days. Our focus extends to empowering frontline workers, including government Anganwadi workers, NGO partners’ staff, and our own frontline workforce, with training, tools, and data, enabling them to combat malnutrition within their communities.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team as a Product Intern/Associate. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn and support routine technology and data-related tasks that help our field and program teams work smoothly. The person will receive training and guidance while contributing to  effective implementation of our programs on the ground.

Job Responsibilities

Tech Support

• Manage and provide routine support for all technology tools used in the organization (apps, dashboards, data collection platforms, etc.).
• Monitor performance of tech tools, ensure smooth functioning, and coordinate for timely troubleshooting or maintenance.
• Support rollout and orientation of new digital tools for staff and field teams.

Data Support

• Oversee data collected across all tools and platforms used by the organization.
• Regularly update internal dashboards to support program monitoring and evaluation.
• Prepare data reports using the data system as per given templates.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of the data

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• The ability to plan work, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in an uncertain, fast-paced environment, displaying enthusiasm and adaptability towards evolving challenges
• A high level of mathematical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail with expertise in using spreadsheets to analyse, model, and interpret data.
• High levels of ownership and an organised way of thinking and working
• Interest in technology, data, and program implementation.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in different tools of G Suite 
• Knowledge of KoboToolBox is compulsory
• Knowledge about M&E preferred, not compulsory
• Knowledge about the first 1000 days and nutrition is preferred, not compulsory
