Project Background-
Aspirational Bharat Collaborative: It is an initiative that aims to transform and support the creation of a developed Bharat by 2047. The programme currently works across 27 states and 150 + districts, that form part of the poorest and most deprived geographies of our country.
Role Summary-
The Project Coordinator will lead and manage the district-level implementation of the PRI Capacity Building and Technology Enablement initiative in ASR district. They will ensure coordination with district administration, smooth execution of training activities, and timely achievement of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities-
- Act as the district anchor for the PRI strengthening initiative.
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of capacity building activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Zilla Panchayat, Mandal Panchayats, and Gram Panchayats.
- Facilitate deployment of digital tools and technology solutions.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports and documentation.
- Supervise and support Field Coordinators operating across the blocks.
- Coordinate visits, workshops, and review meetings with district officials and state team.
- Act as a point of contact for the program implementation in ASR.
Desirable Qualification & Experience-
- Postgraduate in Public Administration, Rural Development, Social Work, or related fields.
- 5+ years’ experience in district-level implementation of development/governance programs.
- Prior experience working with PRIs or local government is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Telugu and working knowledge of English.
- Strong project management, coordination, and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across blocks in ASR.
