Project Background-
Aspirational Bharat Collaborative: It is an initiative that aims to transform and support the creation of a developed Bharat by 2047. The programme currently works across 27 states and 150 + districts, that form part of the poorest and most deprived geographies of our country.
Role Summary-
The Project Associate will support the design, delivery, and documentation of PRI training and learning activities in ASR district. They will ensure training materials are adapted to the local context and help in collating implementation evidence and learnings.
Key Responsibilities-
- Assist in customization of training modules in Telugu based on state guidelines.
- Coordinate training logistics across selected Gram Panchayats.
- Collect and compile field data, insights, and reports.
- Document training processes, case studies, and best practices.
- Maintain training dashboards and MIS reports.
- Liaise with trainers, resource persons, and master facilitators as needed.
Desirable Qualification & Experience-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Development Studies, or Social Work.
- 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or educational content development.
- Familiarity with PRI structures and rural governance preferred.
- Strong documentation and MS Office skills.
- Fluent in Telugu; knowledge of tribal dialects in ASR is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to interior Panchayats.
