Job Description/Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Coordination Support
- Assist the Team Lead (TL) in planning and executing project activities in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of project tasks.
- Help organize events, workshops, and outreach activities including logistics, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report on progress.
Data Collection, Management & Impact Measurement
- Collect, clean, and compile data from field operations and partner activities.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to support project evaluations and impact assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases to track project indicators and outcomes.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder communication.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Facilitate communication with community members, implementing partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Support coordination of stakeholder meetings, field visits, and community engagement sessions.
- Document feedback and insights from stakeholders to inform project adjustments and learning.
Communication, Outreach & Dissemination
- Contribute to content development for newsletters, reports, presentations, and social media related to project updates and achievements.
- Support awareness campaigns, knowledge sharing, and advocacy efforts.
- Assist in organizing dissemination events such as learning sessions, exhibitions, and conferences.
Administrative & Logistical Support
- Manage and organize project-related documentation including correspondence, records, and approvals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, procurement of materials, and logistical support for field activities.
- Support internal documentation processes and ensure project files are audit ready.
Budget & Financial Tracking o
- Assist in monitoring project expenses, verifying financial documentation, and ensuring budget compliance.
- Support reporting for grants and fundraising efforts, including drafting inputs for donor reports.
- Help maintain transparency and accountability in financial operations.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to NABFOUNDATION’s internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Identify operational risks and promptly escalate issues to the Team Lead.
- Contribute to the preparation of risk mitigation plans and ensure their implementation.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce, Social Work & Education discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Age Limit: 23 to 30 years (as on the date of advertisement).
- Experience: Preferable 2 years of relevant experience in NGOs or development sector organizations.
