Job Responsibilities

The Fellowship Coordinator will work closely with Godrej Foundation and Godrej DEI Lab, and will be responsible for:

• Design creatives, reels, and social media posts
• Manage participant selection process and communications
• Coordinate social media and email outreach
• Support development of the curriculum
• Organise, document, and maintain minutes
• Coordinate with mentors, resource persons, and partner organisations on agenda-setting, and logistics
• Prepare checklists, documentation, and post-event reports and films

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in workshop or programme coordination
• Conceptual understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
• Preferred: Undergraduate in any discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
