Job Description

The candidate will support projects related to climate-responsive and resource-efficient built environments.

Responsibilities include conducting daylight simulations, thermal comfort assessments, CFD, IAQ evaluations, and Life Cycle Assessments; performing energy modeling and climate analysis; assisting in developing frameworks, policies, and strategies for sustainable buildings; preparing high-quality reports, proposals, and technical documents; facilitating green building certifications (GRIHA, LEED, IGBC, etc.); and coordinating project and stakeholder management activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 3 - 6 Years

Qualification

• Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical- Electrical- Civil- or related engineering discipline.
• Master-s degree in Building Performance- Sustainability- Environmental Engineering- or equivalent (preferred).

Skills

• Proficiency in building performance simulation tools such as DesignBuilder- eQuest- Climate Studio- Honeybee- or Ladybug.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD- MS Office- and analytical software.
• Understanding of sustainable building systems- passive design strategies- energy efficiency- and resource optimization.
• Familiarity with ECBC- ENS- NBC- and Model Building Byelaws.
• Experience in managing GRIHA/LEED/IGBC certifications.
• Strong communication- report writing- and team collaboration skills.
• Professional accreditation (optional): GRIHA CP- IGBC AP- LEED GA/BD+C- EDGE Expert- or WELL Expert.
