Tamil Nadu Technology Hub (iTNT), based out of Chennai in India’s most industrialized State, acts as the core - connecting the ecosystem of startups and key stakeholders in the DeepTech and Emerging Tech space. Established and funded by the Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu and Industry support, we are building India’s first Deep Tech Innovation Network connected to the world.
Functioning as a Section 8 Company, under the Information Technology and Digital Services Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, the Hub closely engages with Entrepreneurs, Innovators, Researchers, Academia, Incubators, Investors, Mentors, Industries, Global Alliances and Governments to nurture a conducive Research & Development & Innovation ecosystem to drive the world of tomorrow
About the Challenge
The Bosch Innovation Challenge invites researchers and startups to participate in a transformative initiative focused on building secure and resilient IoT product ecosystems. As IoT adoption accelerates across industries, ensuring robust end-to-end security from design to deployment has become a critical priority.
Dr. Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Hon’ble Minister for IT & DS, launched this Innovation Challenge in the presence of Mr. Naved Narayan, Vice President & Center Head, Bosch Global Software Technologies, Coimbatore; CEO of iTNT Hub Ms. Vanitha Venugopal and other key Deep & Emerging Tech innovation ecosystem stakeholders.
Problem Statement
Develop a foundational IoT security framework that empowers organizations to embed security-by-design into IoT product development, ensure compliance with global standards, and build trustworthy connected systems. This solution must support structured, scalable, and sustainable security implementation throughout the IoT lifecycle.
Eligibility
- Early-stage &growth-stage startups
- R&D Teams
- Academic Researchers
- Innovators working on IoT security or related technologies such as Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, Device Authentication, Data Privacy, and Cloud Security.
General Rules:
- Participants must meet the eligibility requirements of the Bosch Innovation Challenge.
- Each team must nominate a founder, co-founder, researcher lead, or designated representative as the primary point of contact.
- Teams must provide accurate and active email addresses and contact numbers.
- Participants must maintain detailed documentation of their solution development.
- Teams must adhere to all challenge rules, timelines, and guidelines.
