Job Description

The People and Culture function is focused on institution building by providing an inclusive environment for passionate individuals driven to transform urban India. Nurturing talent and deepening culture is a core tenet of this function.

We are looking for a competent professional to join the team as Senior Associate – People and Culture

Job Responsibilities

• Own the talent resourcing process by working independently and with talent partners and support the talent need in programs
• Support the People function processes like payroll, attendance, exits
• Ensure statutory compliances are adhered to, including audits
• Own the management and running of the HRMS portal. Provide monthly MIS reports and insights into its usage, and take necessary measures to promote it as an internal information sharing and exchange platform for people related updates and news.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work across organisational hierarchies
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with a hands-on approach to work
