Educational Qualification:
A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a relevant field is preferred.

Job Description:
- We’re seeking a Senior Executive - Festival & Programs with good coordination and organization skills, content development and program implementation across our film festivals and forums. The role will involve executing events end-to-end—from speaker/vendor coordination and run-of-show to on-site delivery and post-event reporting. Familiarity with environmental themes, along with excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, assist in designing and organizing programs and festivals is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support in organizing film festivals, forums and programs, including planning and executing events with attention to financial and time management.
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies through social media and newsletters.
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best combination of quality and cost for event-related services.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems as they arise.
- Assist in maintaining festival databases and managing necessary updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for all attendees.
- Coordination, and facilitation for logistics of the festival, workshops and other events.
- Assist in designing and organizing programs and festivals.
- Support for promotion and publicity for increasing reach, network and participation (including social media).
- Outstation visits for above as and when required.
- Traveling would be part of job responsibilities
Essentials Skills
The Senior Executive will have to be an effective team player, and well-articulated speaker, who should be able to perform exceptionally under pressure and produce high-quality outputs within stringent deadlines. In particular, the candidates should have:
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Well-organized and an excellent coordinator.
- Independent, innovative, and proactive, while also being a team player.
- Outstanding negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Coordination, and facilitation for logistics of the festival, workshops and other events.
Compensation:
Compensation would be as per the industry preference and commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history of the selected candidate.
