Job Description

This isn’t your typical Senior Executive – Public Policy role.

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and curiosity — someone excited to work at the intersection of technology, regulation, and policy innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on domestic and global regulatory developments impacting crypto and Web3.
• Support the team by preparing briefs, memos, and presentations on current and emerging policy matters.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement with industry bodies, think tanks, and government institutions.
• Track legislative, tax, and regulatory updates relevant to VDAs and digital finance.
• Contribute to thought-leadership content — reports, blogs, op-eds, and advocacy collateral.
• Provide regulatory insights to internal teams, supporting cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and communications.
• Maintain a detailed repository of policy developments, regulatory consultations, and public comments.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in tech policy, legal research, consulting, or regulatory affairs.
• A postgraduate degree in law, economics, or public policy (preferred).
• Strong understanding of (or demonstrated interest in) the Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) / Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills — you can explain complex policy issues with clarity and influence.
• Ability to translate intricate regulations into crisp insights or actionable guidance.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to own deliverables and navigate a high-velocity environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
