Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Content Development & Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality documentation of project activities, outcomes, and impact aligned with OIRDS branding and CSR communication guidelines.
  • Draft periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with narratives, case studies, beneficiary voices, and quantitative highlights.
  • Coordinate with the MIS Executive to integrate data insights into narrative reports.
  • Visual & IEC Documentation
  • Collect and curate field-level photographs, videos, quotes, testimonials, and event highlights from across project locations.
  • Work with field teams to ensure proper tagging of images (activity, location, date, beneficiary details).
  • Support development of IEC/BCC materials (leaflets, banners, posters) in trilingual formats (English, Hindi, Assamese/local language) with a focus on health awareness and behaviour change.
  • Knowledge Management
  • Maintain a repository of key documents including reports, case studies, success stories, event briefs, training manuals, and media coverage.
  • Support the creation of project briefs, info sheets, and presentation decks for internal reviews and donor meetings.
  • Branding & Visibility
  • Ensure all documentation (printed/digital) follows OIRDS visibility guidelines and carries appropriate logos, disclaimers, and credits.
  • Assist in creating digital content for use in social media, newsletters, or external communications as approved by OIRDS.
  • Liaise with District Coordinators, CHVs, and Assistant Managers to collect documentation inputs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct periodic field visits for firsthand documentation of community engagement, training sessions, and success stories.
  • Support for Events & Campaigns
  • Provide documentation support for special days/weeks (e.g. Poshan Maah, Breastfeeding Week, Immunization Days).
  • Develop post-event reports, photo essays, and outcome summaries for each campaign/activity.
  • Reporting to Management
  • Share weekly documentation updates with the Senior Program Manager.
  • Support presentations, proposal development, and donor communications with relevant content inputs.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Health, or any relevant field.

Experience required

  • Minimum 2 years in health-related project.
  • Local candidates will be given preference.

  • Effective verbal and written communication Skills
  • Good documentation skills
  • Basic computer and analytics skills
