Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Data Management & MIS Operations
- Develop and maintain a digital Management Information System (MIS) for capturing beneficiary-level data across all 30 villages.
- Ensure regular data entry of project activities such as:
- CHV home visits and health screenings
- ANC/PNC tracking
- Kit distributions (hygiene, nutrition, baby garments)
- Nutrigarden and SEU-related outputs
- Training, IEC, and school-based activities
- Monitoring & Reporting Support
- Generate routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) as per OIRDS requirements.
- Support program staff and Senior Program Manager with real-time data for decision-making and donor reporting.
- Maintain dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs), health outcomes, and convergence metrics.
- Quality Assurance & Data Validation
- Validate field data submitted by District Coordinators, CHVs, and Assistant Managers before final reporting.
- Identify data gaps or anomalies and coordinate with field teams for timely corrections.
- Maintain backup systems and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- System Development & Digitization
- Assist in the development and maintenance of app-based tools and mobile forms for field data collection (if used).
- Support training of CHVs and field staff on basic digital data entry and reporting procedures.
- Senior Program Manager for tracking overall progress.
- Assistant Manager – Training & Development to document training participation.
- District Coordinators to follow up on field submissions and beneficiary updates.
- Ensure compliance with OIRDS data reporting formats, documentation protocols, and digital branding norms.
- Documentation & MIS Archiving
- Maintain a centralized repository of photos, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and other documentation tagged to activities and locations.
- Support preparation of case studies, success stories, and visual data representations for donor reporting and branding.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree (Preferable in social science/sociology/social work or public health)
Experience required
- Minimum 2 years in health-related projects
- Local candidates will be given preference.
Essential Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication Skills
- Good documentation skills
- Basic computer and analytics skills
