Job Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager  to participate in the crafting and evolution of the School Education Leadership societal platform. The candidate will be expected to work with an internal team and partner ecosystem (NGOs, Government agencies etc.) to help build the platform by contributing enriching use-cases from the field and evangelizing the platform objective. As the Senior Lead - Product Management you would –

• Devise the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the product
• Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases
• Suggest enhancements to the platform which can improve the user experience
• Perform quality assurance on the platform
• Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver functional solutions.
• Discuss and collaborate with Engineering team on technology solutions and technical aspects for the product
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
• Monitor and report on users’ feedback  after each release of platform functionality − Create support and training documents for internal and external use

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to, Partner organizations (NGOs), Govt. Agencies, Subject/Domain experts, Platform Engineering team, End users etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing the entire product lifecycle
• Strong Technical Knowledge for discussions with the Engineering team.
• Worked on an Open source or SaaS technology platforms
• Knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Katha etc
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Experience of product management in the context of project management/program (management would be an added advantage)
• Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership is desirable, but not required.
• Ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.

Salary

10-12 LPA ( depending on experience)
