The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (abbreviated IIM-Lucknow or IIML) is a public business school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management (IIM) by the Government of India. IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs in management.

Job Description

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the one position of Senior Research Associate/Research Associate in the HRM Area at IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• The candidate must possess a PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology, or a relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
• An excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant research experience post-PhD. The waiver can be granted to individuals with a PhD from top-tier institutions who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers that employ quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
• At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC-listed journal, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research, apply appropriate methodologies, and contribute to scholarly knowledge.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, as well as in publishing research papers. Candidates should have expertise in qualitative research methodologies, a good understanding of quantitative research, and proficiency in SPSS. Knowledge of software such as NVivo and AI tools will be an added advantage.

Salary

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, depending on qualifications and experience, plus HRA as per applicable norms.
