Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), popularly known as Pusa Institute is the leading institution for agricultural research, education and extension in the country. The Institute has been doing pioneering work in various fields of agricultural engineering, microbiology, seed science, soil technology and other areas. The Water Technology Centre (WTC) in IARI is an inter-disciplinary facility for research, teaching, training and extension in agricultural water management. The Institute has 8 regional stations across the country.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering (M.Tech)/Agronomy)
• Specialization in Micro irrigation management; knowledge of smart agriculture technologies, automation, Machine learning, IoT and AI based applications in management of irrigation, fertigation and crop production
• Salary Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year
