Location: Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and All State

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a State Head to lead our operations, business development, and training programs in the assigned state. This senior role involves strategic planning, managing teams, driving growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement state-level strategies in line with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

2. Partners Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth, efficient productivity with partners..
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Target oriented (The candidate is responsible for achieving both individual performance targets and ensuring that the team meets its collective goals.)

3. Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, partners, and clients.
• Generate revenue through new projects, collaborations, and policy advocacy.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor state-level teams across departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.).
• Promote a results-driven and positive work culture.

5. Compliance & Representation

• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
• Represent the organization at state-level meetings, forums, and industry events.

6. Reporting & Market Analysis

• Share regular reports with senior management on progress and challenges.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership roles in sales, or government relations.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sectors like Ed-tech, NGOs, or similar is a plus.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (local language preferred)
• Analytical thinking and sound decision-making
• Willing to travel across the state
