Job Responsibilities

Key Deliverables as per RFP

  • Project Leadership: Lead the project team, providing direction, guidance, survey questionnaire indicators, documenting, reporting template and oversight to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategy for sustainable and world class fisheries clusters, incorporating best practices and analysing the gaps & addressing identified gaps.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government agencies, fisheries cooperatives, private sector entities, and community stakeholders to build consensus and facilitate project objectives.
  • Gap Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct a thorough gap analysis and identify areas of improvement, needs, within the fisheries clusters, developing actionable recommendations and strategic interventions.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare mid- term report as per milestones, mid-term corrections, final report, and presentations to NFDB, ensuring clear documentation of all deliverables.

Key Deliverables to be immediately handled

  • Prepare a plan to coordinate with the field level experts appointed through Dr Aqua Solutions and finalise the draft reports in the format desired by NFDB.
  • Prepare 3 months plan date wise to prepare final reports and submit to CE-NFDB and VP-ZOH
  • Weekly physical meeting with CE NFDB to present the progress made as per the plan submitted
  • Finalisation of the value chain charts for the final reports prepared by the subject matter specialist.
  • Presentation of final reports in VC with NFDB and Ministries
  • Participation in virtual meetings scheduled by NABCONS, NFDB and Ministries
  • Identify Institutions / Start-ups both domestic and international providing technology/ export potential/ equipment/know-how/ knowledge sharing/ training/ tie-ups for respective cluster growth/ development/ upliftment and channelizing the partnership with NFDB.
  • Chairing the virtual meetings to filter relevant stakeholders and arrange virtual/online/VC or physical meeting with NFDB.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.)

Experience Minimum

  • 05 years of work experience.

Other Requirements

  • Good command in written,spoken English. Working level fluency in local language(s) Knowledge of local language preferred. Proficiency in MS Word /Excel and Power Point with excellent drafting and report preparation skills.

Salary

Upto Rs. 1,20,000/- (will be decided as per work experience and qualification)
