About the Organization

Established in 1991, Krushi Vikas is a non-government organization working across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat to uplift rural, semi-rural, and urban communities dependent on agro and non-farm activities. It implements programs in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, women's development, irrigation, microfinance, digital literacy, sanitation, and rural infrastructure. Operating in drought-prone regions, it supports vulnerable groups including tribal communities, women, youth, and small entrepreneurs.

Education Qualification/Required Skills &Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering / environmental engineering / agriculture engineering / Rural Development / Water Resource Management

Desirable Experience & Skill required

• 6–8 years in supervising field teams, verifying technical delivery; experience with BOQs and design standards; exposure to infrastructure or NbS implementation preferred.
