Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Manager (Technical Solutions Manager) to join our team. This role combines technical expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive impactful software solutions and foster strong client relationships.

As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will report directly to the CEO-DIBD and play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with business objectives. You will also lead presales initiatives, ensure seamless execution of technical projects, and contribute to building long term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead presales activities for software development projects across diverse technologies, including Python, JavaScript, AI/ML, mobile development, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients in a B2B environment to understand business needs and propose tailored technical solutions, and develop detailed playbooks to standardize and streamline support processes. 
  • Provide technical support to customers/clients during onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of solutions while addressing technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design and develop user-friendly applications and dashboards to enable teams to effectively manage and monitor processes.
  • Integrate APIs to seamlessly connect various systems and platforms, ensuring efficient compatibility and smooth data exchange.
  • Apply expertise or gain exposure to emerging technologies, particularly in AI/ML, to create innovative solutions that address client needs.
  • Evaluate RFPs to assess technical feasibility and alignment with organizational capabilities, and craft comprehensive, high-quality technical responses to ensure submissions meet client needs.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of technical engineers, providing guidance on product support, testing, and system maintenance.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of NLP projects, from data pre-processing to model deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and project teams simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies, including cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data platforms (Kafka, Hadoop), and data science tools.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging strong communication and analytical skills in a client-facing role.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Be flexible and available to travel as and when required to meet business needs.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • A Full time B.S./B.Tech. /B.E. or equivalent degree or B.Sc. (IT/CS) with a Post Graduation in a Technical Background may be considered.
  • MBA/M.Tech (preferable).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, with hands-on expertise in API Integrations will be preferred. 
  • Proven experience working with Cloud-native applications, platforms, or Big Data technologies in a technical role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large regional technical support teams and delivering solutions in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI / ML Systems will be added advantage.
  • Formal educational qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
