Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical cum Documentation Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling project documentation, report creation, visual content design, and technical support across field and office settings. This position is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of organizational output

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in any degree. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience or working knowledge of graphic designing (e.g., cover pages, reports, vector illustrations, Banners and posters) Photoshop/Corel Draw.
• Ability to create or assist in AI and ChatGPT-based content generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Comfortable handling technical equipment such as DSLR cameras, projectors, GPS Device  and strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and accessories.
• Basic understanding of how NGOs function and operate at the grassroots level. (Prior    experience in the social sector or NGO will be preferred)
• Some basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
