Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Zonal Manager to lead our operations, business development, and training programs in the assigned zone. This middle management role involves strategic planning, driving growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement zone-level strategies in line with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

2. Partners Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth, efficient productivity with partners.
• Manage resources, and performance metrics.
• Target oriented (The candidate is responsible for achieving individual performance targets)

3. Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, partners, and clients.
• Generate revenue through new projects, collaborations, and policy advocacy.

4. Compliance & Representation

• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
• Represent the organization at zone-level meetings, forums, and industry events.

6. Reporting & Market Analysis

• Share regular reports with Team Leader on progress and challenges.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in leadership roles in sales, or government relations.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sectors like Ed-tech, NGOs, or similar is a plus.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (local language preferred)
• Analytical thinking and sound decision-making
• Willing to travel across the zone.
