Overview:

The Certificate Programme in Management of Social Initiatives is designed to empower senior leaders to become influential change-makers in the field of corporate social responsibility, not-for-profit work, and social entrepreneurship. This course provides a robust conceptual grounding in the core pillars of social initiatives, offering participants the tools and frameworks necessary to drive meaningful impact.

By exploring models such as Charity, NGO’s, CSR, and Social Enterprises, participants will learn to effectively create and manage initiatives. The programme covers ecosystem analysis, solution development, impact measurement, project planning, and stakeholder management. An immersive module sharpens practical skills in business modelling, funding strategies, and venture creation.

Pedagogy

The teaching approach will be highly interactive leveraging technology, and deploy diverse pedagogical tools and techniques including highly interactive lectures, case study discussions, project work, simulations, and participants’ experience sharing.

Programme Delivery

Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. Medium of instruction for the programme is English.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum THREE years of full-time work experience* post completion of qualifying education
• Diploma (10+2+3)/Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)/Integrated Master’s Degree (10+2+5) or equivalent from any recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU) in any discipline 

*Internships and training experiences will not be considered as part of full-time work experience.
