About the Organization

The primary objective of the University is to evolve and impart comprehensive and interdisciplinary legal education that is socially relevant. Through this education, we aim to promote legal and ethical values and foster the rule of law and the objectives enshrined in the Constitution of India. Furthermore, the University works toward dissemination of legal knowledge and its role in national development, so that the ability to analyse and present contemporary issues of public concern and their legal implications for the benefit of the public is improved. These processes strive to promote legal awareness in the community and to achieve political, social and economic justice.

About the Program

Explore the pioneering rst edition of the Joint Masters/LL.M. in IP Law and Management, seamlessly blending Intellectual Property Law expertise with cutting-edge management principles. The programme transcends the boundaries of conventional education by offering a dual track mode which allows students from non-legal background to pursue a Masters of Arts in Intellectual Property Law and Management (M.A. Degree Programme) and students from legal background to pursue a Master of Law in Intellectual Property Law and Management (LL.M. Degree Programme).

• Global Nature of the Programme:The Curriculum features insights on Intellectual Property from across the globe. The Curriculum introduces cutting-edge & contemporary subjects.
• Multi-Disciplinary Approach: This programme has been designed to transcend the barriers of educational disciplines by complementing the study of IP Law with core principles of management.
• Dual Track:This programme is being offered in dual track mode which enables it to cater to students from both legal and non-legal backgrounds.
• Distinguished Global Faculty: The Faculty comprises of seasoned experts drawn from NLUD, WIPO and Indian IP Office and renowned Practitioners / IP Professionals who bring years of knowledge, wisdom and experience from across the globe.
• Highly Innovative Pedagogy: The Pedagogy has been meticulously crafted to provide a holistic learning experience to all students based on block teaching method.
• Focus on Improving Skill Sets & Employability: In order to bridge the gap between theory and practice, the programme aims to prepare its students with the requisite skills to equip them with the ability to contribute to the eld of IP in the real world.
