Applications Invited for Punjab Youth Leaders Program (PYLP)
Organization: Sanjhi Sikhiya
Apply By: 09 Mar 2025
About the Organization
Sanjhi Sikhiya is a collective movement of young professionals working towards the mission of ensuring that all children in Punjab attain foundational capabilities in an enabling environment.’ This mission has led us to work closely with Punjab’s education department and partner with other organizations working towards the same cause. We set out on this path of bringing in systemic reforms in 2018 by enabling dialogues across stakeholders and forming learning communities. Apart from strengthening institutions and providing execution support to stakeholders in 3 districts—Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, and Roopnagar—where we run the Punjab Youth Leaders Programme (PYLP), our team also builds the capacity of instructional leaders, ensures data-backed decision-making, and does policy and practice advocacy at the state level as a part of the Punjab Education Collective (PEC) to enable effective learning and governance across Punjab.
