About the Fellowship

We are excited to invite applications for the SMART India Young Social Work Fellowship 2K25—an exclusive opportunity for students completing their Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2025. This three-month fellowship program offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of social work, along with opportunities for professional development and networking.

Fellows selected for the program will receive financial support of ₹15,000 for the entire duration of the fellowship. The aim of this fellowship is to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical field experience, empowering young professionals to make meaningful contributions to the sector.

How to Apply

Applications are now open, and the last date for submission is May 25, 2025. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their CV along with a recommendation letter from their Head of Department (HOD) or a faculty member.
