About the Organization

Restor, a spin-off from the Crowther Lab founded by Professor Tom Crowther, is the world's largest platform for nature sites. Developed initially with Google Creative Lab in 2020, Restor connects over 200,000 sites, 20,000 users, and 2,000 organizations. As a non-profit, we're dedicated to empowering nature-positive action.

Restor's team is a vibrant, multinational group spanning 15 countries, bringing together international expertise and a global perspective. Our Operations team is headquartered in the heart of Zurich, while our technology team is based in the Netherlands. We also have regional engagement leads stationed in Brazil, Costa Rica, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Cambodia, and other locations around the world.

About the Award

A bottom-up movement has already begun. Around the world, local communities, NGOs, and responsible businesses are leading the charge, championing nature, biodiversity, and sustainable livelihoods. Introducing the RestorLife Awards. Here to celebrate and fund the work being done to protect and restore nature. Here to amplify your stories.

Award Categories:

NGO Award: Recognizing organizations leading impactful conservation and restoration projects. Prize: $25,000. The winner will be invited to attend COP Ramsar 2025, providing a platform to share insights, network with industry leaders, and amplify their impact.

Corporate Sustainability Spotlight Award: Honoring organizations showing exceptional dedication to corporate responsibility and positive environmental action. The winner will be invited to attend COP Ramsar 2025, providing a platform to share insights, network with industry leaders, and amplify their impact.
