About the Organization

Incorporated on July 16th, 1986, Power Finance Corporation Ltd. is a Schedule-A Maharatna CPSE, and is a leading Non-Banking Financial Corporation in the Country. PFC's registered office is located at New Delhi and regional offices are located at Mumbai and Chennai. PFC is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power. PFC is classified as an Infrastructure Finance Company by the RBI on 28th July,2010.

About the Proposal

PFC has a CSR Policy in line with the Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (CSR) Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time). To oversee the activities of CSR, our Company has in place a Board level CSR Committee of Directors headed by an Independent Director. PFC is implementing its CSR projects across the country including remote and backward area in line with the Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 & Companies (CSR) Rule 2014 (as amended from time to time), PFCs CSR Policy and DPE guideline issued time to time.

Scope of Work

The following is the broad proposed scope of work under Impact Assessment study

To undertake the impact assessment studies and submit report as per the provisions of Rule 8 (3)

• of the amended Companies (CSR Policy) Rules for CSR Projects being implemented by PFC throughout the country.
• b. The sample size and objective of the project for the impact assessment study will be based on the specific CSR project and same will be decided and informed at the time of invitation of financial bid.

Eligibility

1	The Agency should be Govt./ Semi govt. organizations, PSUs, Govt./ Semi govt. reputed Institutions and Govt./ Semi govt. Academic Organizations	Certificate of incorporation/ registration or any other valid document to establish that the agency is a Govt./ Semi govt. organizations, PSUs, Govt./ Semi govt. Academic Organizations
2	The Agency should have completed at least 3 similar assignments in the past 5 years as on date of publication of EoI Similar works are defined as follows: Any assessment/study/work undertaken to assess the need or feasibility of a development project or any assessment /study undertaken to assess the impact/outcome of a completed project /activity, the scope of which broadly falls under the schedule VII under section 135 of Companies Act, 2013	Copies of Work Orders/ Contract agreements /completion certificates or other relevant document from client certifying that the applicant has the required experience
