About the Organization
PHD Rural Development Foundation is a Trust established in 1981 under the aegis of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi with an objective to work as a catalyst to enable the resource poor to achieve self-reliance and improve quality of life through integrated socio- economic development. We have been actively working towards Healthcare initiatives, Integrated School & Village Development Program, Water Conservation, Training & Skill Development and other need based community development activities. PHDRDF works with support from various Corporate, PSUs and International Bodies as a part of their CSR activities.
About the Proposal
Reputed, Renowned and Experienced Vendor are invited for the Establishment/Construction of Check Dam Work & Construction/Refurbishment of School Building/Building in Alwar, Jaipur districts of Rajasthan and Palghar district of Maharashtra.
This tender contains two parts i.e. one Technical and the other Price Bid.
Only those firms will considered for Price bid who will qualify in the technical bid. The price bid will need to be submitted later on in sealed envelope separately based on the Scope of work that will be shared with the successful technical bidders.
Therefore Experienced Vendor are invited to submit technical bid as follows. The technical bid should contain the proper documents as mentioned below (Items no. (i) To (xi):
Technical Criteria required for the Bidder to submission:
a) Vendor should have relevant work experience of past 2 years.
b) Vendor should have experience in successful construction of at least one similar project/Work Orders of minimum Rs.25.0 lacs during past 2 years.
Bidder should submit the following documents.
i) Company Profile/List of completed projects in the past 3 years
ii) GST Certificate
iii) PAN Card
iv) Aadhar Card
v) Certified Balance Sheet/Turnover
vi) MSME registration certificate(in case of Non-registered, then kindly share the declaration)
vii) PF Registration(in case of Non-registered, then kindly share the declaration)
viii) ESIC Registration(in case of Non-registered, then kindly share the declaration)
ix) Registration with the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
x) Whether the firm has any legal suit/criminal case pending against violation of EPF/ESI, minimum wages act or other laws (give details). The bidder must enclose certificate (in technical bid) indicating that there is no criminal/legal suit pending or contemplated against them.
xi) Work Order/ Purchase Order/Relevant document for experience in same/relevant work (Minimum 3 work order to be shared for the last 2 years only, at least one work order should be of min. value of Rs. 25.00 lacs)

NOTE:
● Last date of submission of documents on or before 16th February, 2025
● Successful bidder will have to enter into a detailed contract agreement with PHDRDF on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. (in figures) (in words) for each work
● Only those firms will considered for Price bid who will qualify in the technical bid.
● The decision of CEO, PHDRDF will be final for any aspect of the contract and binding to all parties. In case of disputes, the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by CEO, PHDRDF New Delhi.
