Empanelment of Hospital Construction & Renovation Agencies

1. About the EOI

BharatCares invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable agencies/contractors for undertaking hospital construction, renovation and infrastructure improvement works across various project locations.

The empanelment is intended to create a pool of reliable agencies who can be considered for upcoming hospital infrastructure projects of BharatCares.

2. Geographical Coverage

Agencies are invited to apply for projects in the following states:

North-Eastern States:

• Assam
• Meghalaya
• Mizoram
• Tripura

Other States:

• Chhattisgarh
• Uttar Pradesh
• Rajasthan
• Madhya Pradesh

Agencies may apply for one or more states based on their capacity and geographical presence.

3. Broad Scope of Work

The empanelled agencies may be required to undertake:

• Hospital building construction and civil works.
• Renovation and refurbishment of existing hospital facilities.
• Flooring, false ceiling, painting, waterproofing and other finishing works.
• Toilet, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Electrical and other basic building services.
• Minor structural repairs and modifications.
• Other hospital infrastructure and civil works as required.

The exact scope and BOQ will be shared separately for each project.

4. Eligibility

Interested agencies should preferably have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/renovation.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Adequate technical manpower and resources.
• Experience in executing projects of similar nature and scale.
• Valid GST and PAN registration.
• Capacity to undertake projects in the state(s) for which they are applying.

5. Documents Required

Interested agencies are requested to submit:

1. Company/agency profile.
2. Details of similar projects completed.
3. Details of hospital/healthcare projects, if any.
4. Photographs of completed works.
5. Details of technical manpower.
6. GST and PAN certificates.
7. Details of states/districts where the agency can undertake work.
8. Any relevant work orders/completion certificates.

Submission of an EOI does not guarantee empanelment or award of work. BharatCares reserves the right to shortlist agencies based on their experience, technical capability, geographical presence and other relevant criteria.

Empanelled agencies may subsequently be invited to submit project-specific technical and commercial proposals for individual hospital projects.
