EOI for Procurement of Development of Eco-Park and Biocompost Unit Infrastructure Upgradation in Sangareddy, Telangana

Expression of Interest (EOI) from the interested vendors for supply, installation, construction of an Eco Park and upgradation of Biocomposting Set up in Sangareddy district of Telangana.

Purpose:

To invite proposals and quotations from qualified vendors for the infrastructure development/upgradation, installation of equipment’s and civil work, of an Eco-Park and Biocompost Unit in Muthangi, Sangareddy. This initiative aims to promote sustainability, environmental education, and effective waste management.

Requirements:

A. Eco-Park Development

Installation of 10 Open Gym Fixtures (most durable):

• Chest Press, Air Walker Double, Tai Chi Spinner, Bicycle, Pullup Bar, Arm Wheel, Cross Trainer, Double Standing Twister, Parallel Bar, Lat Pull Down

Installation of 8 Playground Equipment Installation (most durable):

• PlayStation, See-Saw, Merry Go Round, Swing Double, Monkey bar etc.

Landscape Development:

• 2000- 2200 sq. m eco-park with landscape design and 500 plantations (bio-boundary wall)

1. Concrete Interlocking Pathway: 4-ft width; 600 RFT.
2. Covered Sitting Area (Gazebo): Capacity for 10 people.
3. Installation of 5 Benches
4. Grass Installation: Complete turfing as per the site requirements.
5. Installation of 2 Solar Streetlights
6. 4 sets of Fixed SS Dustbins for waste segregation.

B. Biocompost Unit Upgradation

1. Wall Paint and Repair
2. Development of one side brick wall.
3. Installation of SS Gate.

Note:

2. Construction of Eco- Park and upgradation of Biocompost site and all the related civil work.
3. End-to-end installation of the all the equipment’s and civil work
4. All materials should be of good brand with extended warranty and maintenance on each of the product
5. The quotation should be inclusive of all the charges i.e. (material + transportation) + GST, along with the maintenance and warranty/guarantee of the product

 Desirable Vendor:

• Proven experience (3-4 years) in landscape design, park development, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience working with government agencies or large corporate CSR initiatives.
• Availability of a skilled team of engineers and workers for timely project delivery.

How to Apply:

All the interested vendors/companies are requested to submit their best price quotation along with the following documents to participate in the bidding process

Technical Proposal:

• Detailed approach for completing the project.
• Timeline for each component of the scope.
• Credentials and past project experience (minimum 3 projects).

Financial Proposal:

• Quotation inclusive of all charges (materials, transportation, installation, and GST).
• Separate cost breakdown with material of construction for each work component.

Supporting Documents:

• Company registered PAN card and Aadhar card
• Company director’s PAN card and Aadhar card
• Registration certificate of the company
• GST Registration certificate
• Balance sheet of the last 2 years

1. Tender will be finalized based on the Price bid (Email followed by the Hard copy) opening procedure. "NO REVERSE AUCTION" will be conducted. Hence, please submit your lowest most comparative offer.
2. VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned along with line item/ description)
3. VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE quotation.
4. DELIVERY REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
5. QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
6. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS
7. This is only an EOI, not an order.
8. All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden cost
9. All Prices should be written in words and numbers
