Expression of Interest: Specialised Community Health Camps Across Five States

Sustainable Resources for Nature Foundation (SRNF) invites eligible NGOs, public charitable trusts, registered societies and Section 8 companies to submit Expressions of Interest for implementing specialised community health camps across 20 districts in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Maharashtra.

The programme will conduct 2,000 health camps between October 2026 and February 2027, with 100 camps in each district and an expected reach of 2,00,000 participant contacts. Each camp will focus on awareness, risk assessment, basic screening, medical consultation, counselling and referral support for asthma, breast cancer, diabetes and cervical cancer.

The approved financial ceiling is ₹75,000 per camp and ₹75 lakh per district. Applicant organisations must have at least three years of health-sector experience, previous experience organising health camps or melas, operational capacity in the proposed State, and valid NGO Darpan, PAN, CSR-1, 12A and 80G registrations.

A refundable EMD/Security Deposit equivalent to 10% of the project value applied for is mandatory and must be paid through NEFT or RTGS. Applications without valid EMD proof will not be evaluated.
